Important Notice for EOS Holders

Dear Client,

We are pleased to inform you that Ceffu will be supporting the EOS to VAULTA token swap, in line with the token rebranding. Effective 30 June 2025, 09:00 UTC (17:00 UTC+8), VAULTA support will be available on the Qualified Wallet (QW) and Prime Wallet (PW).

For clients holding EOS in Qualified Wallet (QW) and Co-sign Wallet (CW), in order to swap from EOS to VAULTA, you will need to withdraw your assets from Ceffu to external wallets. EOS will continue to be supported on Ceffu’s QW and CW.

 For clients holding EOS in Prime Wallet (PW):

  • Deposits and Withdrawals of EOS on PW will be suspended from 26 May, 03:00 UTC (11:00 UTC+8)

  • Mirrored EOS tokens will be automatically swapped to VAULTA, but VAULTA will not be settled back to Ceffu until the token is listed on Ceffu from 30 June 2025, 09:00 UTC (17:00 UTC+8).

  • If you have EOS tokens that are on PW but not used for MirrorX, we highly recommend that you withdraw them from PW before 26 May 2025, 03:00 UTC (11:00 UTC+8).

  • If EOS tokens remain in your PW after 26 May 2025, 03:00 UTC (11:00 UTC+8), they will be automatically swapped to VAULTA. While the swap will be complete, VAULTA tokens will only become visible and accessible in your Ceffu account starting 30 June 2025, 09:00 UTC (17:00 UTC+8).
