We wish to clarify certain statements made by Ceffu over the past several days.

Ceffu provides wallet custody services that were developed by Binance. While Ceffu is currently in the process of restructuring, Ceffu does receive certain support from Binance, including operations, legal, and HR services. This type of shared service model or outsourcing is a common practice across companies. We apologize for any misunderstanding the previous statements may have caused.

To be clear, Ceffu does not and has not ever provided custody services to Binance.US.
