Binance Custody Is Now Ceffu

Today, Binance Custody is changing its name to Ceffu. 

Binance Custody has been operating as a separate, dedicated custody platform from the start to address the security and operational challenges that institutions face when managing their digital assets. Since launching in December 2021, our infrastructure has evolved to offer an array of custody solutions to a wide range of institutional clients that not only provide top-grade security, but also offer the best liquidity on the market through our gateway to the Binance ecosystem. 

After a year of operation, it felt like the right time for our brand to evolve its identity.

What does Ceffu mean?

The name Ceffu takes inspiration from Binance’s SAFU (Secure Asset Fund for Users), a nod to our mission of always putting the safety of our client assets at the heart of our solutions. 

It symbolizes two important elements in our company’s journey: our synergy with the Binance ecosystem as its custody partner through deep liquidity products such as Mirror, as well as the standalone solutions that we will continue to develop and offer, such as segregated cold storage, native staking, and our independent escrow services.

Does this affect any of the services provided?

This brand change does not affect any of the services our clients already have access to, nor their user experience or the products we currently offer.

While our identity evolves, our primary objective remains fully committed to building and providing the best and most trusted custody and liquidity solutions to our clients. Under the Ceffu name, our team will continue to deliver the most robust institutional crypto asset management experience, as it always has.
