Notice on token support for Prime Wallet users

Dear clients,

Please note that effective 14:00 UTC+8 on 2023-09-08, Ceffu will remove support for deposits and withdrawals for the following tokens:

  • DAI-ERC20 

  • SHIB-ERC20 

  • UNI-ERC20 

  • BUSD-BEP20

  • USDC (Polygon network)

  • USDT (Polygon network)

  1. You can still deposit and withdraw the above tokens on other networks through your Prime Wallet;

  2. We strongly recommend that you complete any necessary withdrawals for the above-mentioned tokens before the stated interruption date and time. Should you have any questions, please contact your designated account manager.
