Ceffu Secures Financial Services License in Gelephu Mindfulness City, Bhutan
Ceffu is pleased to announce that it has been granted a Financial Services License by the Gelephu Financial Services Office (GFSO) in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), Bhutan.
This approval follows Ceffu’s In-Principle Approval received in March 2026. With the issuance of the Full Financial Services License, Ceffu is now authorised to conduct regulated activities in and from GMC, including:
• Custody Services: Ceffu will offer institutional-grade safeguarding and governance infrastructure for digital assets.
• Dealing in Investments as Agent: Ceffu will facilitate institutional transaction flows and intermediary execution services across digital asset markets.
• Arranging Credit: Ceffu will support institutional credit intermediation, enabling clients to access regulated financing facilities across digital markets.
This milestone reflects Ceffu’s continued commitment to operating within robust regulatory environments while expanding institutional-grade digital asset services across emerging global financial hubs.
