Important Notice for OM Holders

Dear Client,
We are pleased to inform you that Ceffu will be supporting the OM to MANTRA token swap, in line with the token rebranding. Effective 27 March 2026 (UTC), MANTRA support will be available on the Qualified Wallet (QW) and Prime Wallet (PW), with deposits and withdrawals reopened.

Important timeline (UTC):

  • 02 March 2026, 03:30 (UTC): Deposits and withdrawals of OM will be suspended on Ceffu.

  • 27 March 2026 (UTC): MANTRA will be supported on Ceffu and services will resume (deposits and withdrawals reopened).

Token swap details:

  • OM tokens will assume the ticker of MANTRA tokens on supported venues.

  • All OM tokens will be swapped to MANTRA at a ratio of 1 OM = 4 MANTRA.

Network support notes:

  • OM on BSC will cease. If you currently hold OM on BSC, you will need to withdraw your assets from Ceffu to an external wallet before 02 March 2026, 03:30 (UTC).

  • OM on the MANTRA network will be upgraded automatically on-chain. However, the upgraded MANTRA balance will only be reflected and accessible in your Ceffu account from 27 March 2026 (UTC), when Ceffu resumes support.

For clients holding OM in Qualified Wallet (QW):

  • To swap OM to MANTRA, you will need to withdraw your assets from Ceffu to external wallets.

  • If you choose not to swap, OM (non-BSC) will remain in your Ceffu wallet and you will continue to see your holdings reflected, subject to ongoing support and network availability.

For clients holding OM in Prime Wallet (PW):

  • Deposits and withdrawals of OM on PW will be suspended from 02 March 2026, 03:30 (UTC).

  • Mirrored OM tokens will be automatically swapped to MANTRA in line with the swap ratio above.

  • While the swap/upgrade may complete on-chain, MANTRA tokens will only become visible and accessible in your Ceffu account starting 27 March 2026 (UTC).
